March 2025: News letter 3月のニュースレター

ベトナムでの招待試合やコーチ研修、セントパトリックスデーパレードなどなど、イベント盛沢山な３月となりました！4月からは練習も再開！頑張っていきましょう！
Great to kick off GAA for 2025!! Invitational Match in Vietnam / coaching session / St. Patrick's Parade all in March!! We will start training from April, come join us!

３月１日 招待試合 @ベトナム / 1st of March Invitational Game in Vietnam

日本は真冬。ベトナムに着くなり灼熱地獄に日本勢大会当日暑さに苦戦しましたが、とてもいい試合となりました。みんなが全てを出し切りベトナムを満喫してきました。男子はJAPAN GAAとして出場し、女子は４名Na Fiannaに混ぜてもらい燃え尽きてきました！ホーチミンありがとう！忘れられない旅となりました。

We needed to adjust the temperature from super cold to super hot! The heat wasn’t helping Japan fellows as we came from frozen world. Despite those challenges, we did our best on the pitch to compete. Special thanks to @nafiannahcmcgaa for having us!!!! This trip something we always remember.

3月9日 ゲーリックフットボール コーチ研修 / 9th of March Gaelic football Coaching Session

「ゲーリックゲームズ コーチ入門編」を受講しました。コーチ哲学や練習を作っていくプロセス、ドリルの考え方など・・・沢山のことを学びました。晴天に恵まれ青空教室。 ポール、本当にありがとう！

Japan GAA welcomed coach from Ireland for “Introduction to coaching Gaelic Games”. This was a whole day session where we can learn and become a coach, learning how to give effective practice, different approach towards different gender, ages, and more interestingly philosophy of sports. Weather was on our side and big thanks to Pól for visiting Tokyoland!

3月15日 セントパトリックスデーパレード@横浜 / 15th of March St. Patrick’s Day Parade @Yokohama

初めて横浜でのセントパトリックスデーパレードに参加！元町中華街ショッピングストリートを練り歩きました！Japan GAAからは約20名が参加。４月からの本格始動に向け、良いキックオフイベントとなりました。
For the first time, Japan GAA participated in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Yokohama! About 20 Japan GAA members enjoyed marching in the parade, which was a good kick-off event for the full-scale activities that will start in April onwards!
